Hello! I have a problem, that all the time AI model rejects editing, tried other models - all is well, but this particular claude 3.7 cancels editing, what to do?

I have the simillar but addionaly it blocks sometimes files that cannot be read and then I cannot create a new chat and add them there anymore. I see them but clicking them just do nothing.
