Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

Run Everything setting does not take effect. Cursor prompts for pressing enter for every for mcp or tool use

Steps to Reproduce

try and run command involving the use of supabase mcp or any other mcp

Expected Behavior

The tool works autonomously instead of waiting for the user to press enter.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue, and the team is working on a fix.

Temporary workaround, it helps most users:

  1. Fully close Cursor
  2. Run the community script to reset the stuck flags in the database: MCP Allowlist doesn't work, also can't be edited - #19 by helloworld2
  3. Restart Cursor

After that, auto-run should work correctly with MCP tools. A few users confirmed this fixes the issue.
