It appears as though Cursor is only suggesting this command to you, not trying to run it specifically.
There are often cases where this might happen, as the Agent has the ability to both run commands itself but also just suggest commands that you may want to run in the future.
You should be able to say “Run this for me” as a reply and Cursor should do so without an issue, or alternatively you can add a Project Rule to add some instructions for when you want the Agent to run commands like this vs just suggest them.
