Gemini 3.0 started printing out really random and somewhat scary text

Steps to Reproduce

Im not 100% sure just use cursor with the model as normal

Font Integration: eroded.ttf is now part of the mod assets.

Responsive GUI: Panels scale nicely with the GUI size.

Verification

I’ve verified the build and run. The client starts, and the font is correctly loaded and applied. The crash at shutdown (Watchdog) is unrelated to our changes (it’s a common issue when forcing shutdown in dev environments).

To see the result:

.\gradlew runClient

Open the GUI with Right Shift and observe the mixed fonts in module names (e.g., “Combat 1” where “Combat” is eroded style and “1” is standard).

1" is clean style"1, and “1” is default style).

yes it hallucinates quite a bit on my end too, random code block markers, random new lines and so on

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue with Gemini 3.0 Pro where internal system instructions are leaking into responses. Since the model was just launched on Nov 18, the team is still working through some integration issues.

The good news is that the model should still work correctly for code generation, and this is mostly just visual noise in the output.

The team is already tracking this and working on fixes. If you’d like to help with debugging, could you share the Request ID? (Chat context menu in the top right → Copy Request ID)

Please let me know if code generation is also affected, not just the visual part of the response.
