Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

When setting “workbench.activityBar.location”: “top”.
In secondary side bar.

  1. Extension icons are not shown
  2. Chat close button and chat icon overlap

Steps to Reproduce

  1. set “workbench.activityBar.location”: “top”
  2. open secondary side bar

Expected Behavior

  1. Extension icons are shown correctly.
  2. The chat close button is shown correctly.
