Separate pricing tier for autocomplete & own keys

There is a big chunk of people who mostly uses the magical Fusion Tab autocomplete and I am one of them.

Would be nice to have a cheaper tier that includes no fast requests (only usage-based / own API keys) but infinite Tab autocomplete feature.
