Should I update from 0.45 to 0.48?

I used 0.46 and 0.47 and it was not a good experience for me. What do you think everyone should I give it a try for 0.48 version?

Yep, just update! They’ve abandoned and blocked new users for version 0.45. Only old users can use it now, which means they’re no longer supporting it. New accounts registered on 0.45 are immediately locked.

I am using 0.45 right now without a problem, does 0.48 still have issues like 0.46 and 0.47?
