Slow requests on Business plan while still way below the limit

Hi guys, the last few days I’ve been getting slow requests only, but I’m on the Business plan and this issue started with less than 100 premium requests this billing cycle.

This is definitely a bug. I’ve emailed customer support a couple times but no response.

Can you take a look?

What is the point of paying? It’s too slow.

Hey, sorry your facing some issues with this, and sorry for not getting back to you via email sooner!

We’ve been transitioning to a new email system recently to improve our response time on emails.

Regarding your issue, can you send a screenshot of your Cursor dashboard, as this will show your usage against your plans limits?

If something doesn’t seem right, drop a reply and we can look into it further! Also, feel free to send a new email (hi@cursor.com) and I’ll make sure we find you a solution to this. Let me know if you send an email so I don’t miss it.

I got the same issue. I paid as business users by assuming i do not need to waste time for waiting. if this is too slow, then what’s point for paying?

Hi @danperks, I don’t see any limits but would assume this is at least 500 for the Business plan, since you advertise 500 fast premium requests on the Pro plan.

I’ve attached a screenshot and I’ve sent another email as well.

Any update on this? Still no reply on any of the emails either.
