Using Anthropic Sonnet 3.7, sometimes it simply shows

Error calling tool 'edit_file'.

Seen this many times as well.

This happens a lot. Iā€™m not sure exactly when it occurs (I think on large changes), and whether the retry mechanism reduces the quality of the implementation.
