I would like to suggest adding support for Gemini 2.0 in Cursor.
Gemini 2.0 not only offers free personal usage but also provides a better user experience compared to Claude in many cases. When dealing with longer and more complex code files, Sonnet often loses consistency and coherence, suffers from code hallucinations, and can be quite stubborn. In these aspects, Gemini 2.0 Flash Exp performs significantly better.
Therefore, I hope Cursor can integrate more support for Gemini 2.0, such as application code and image reading (Gemini 2.0 can actually read images, but it often incorrectly states that the model doesn’t support this feature).
While Sonnet was once very powerful, it is no longer as appealing due to its many issues.
