Describe the Bug
Since the latest update (Version: 1.1.3) my changed files do not reliably show up under Changes in the source control pane – they do eventually but not as soon as the files are modified. Needing to use Fork in parallel with cursor to reliably see what has changed.
Steps to Reproduce
Load a large project (mine is 80K+ lines, mostly AI-generated)
Go to the source control pane. My project has 450 commits if that helps.
Have the agent start making changes to the code
Stage the changes (assuming they appear)
Have the AI make more code changes to a different file not previously staged, or create a new script(I have not determined if it matters if I or the AI make the changes but this is what I am doing when I see it)
The changes do not immediately appear under the changes section.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
