SSE MCP Server not being recognized

I have an sse mcp server url inputted and enabled in cursor, but the agent doesn’t recognize it being there. I believe I have the json set up correctly and everything, but it isn’t working.

Anyone else getting this issue?

I added a few core tools to my user rule and gave a few words description when to use it (.cursorrules file) to help it find the tool. Its necessary when the name of the tool may be too generic or too similar to a question. Not saying its ideal but in some cases its logical.
