Describe the Bug
Without any apparent cause, our SSO stopped working one day. As a result, our users have been unable to access the service. We reconfigured the SAML App connection in case something was misconfigured, but we are still getting an error.
We have contacted support by email but have not received any assistance. The service has been down for approximately one month.
Steps to Reproduce
When a user tries to log in—or if we invite a new user—upon attempting to log in, they receive a 403 error: app_not_configured_for_user. We have verified that the Workspace configuration is correct, and the issue is not caused by that.
Expected Behavior
Instead of being able to join the tenant or access the application, the user receives a 403 error: app_not_configured_for_user.

Only the admin account is capable of using the service and acces the tenant settings.
