State.vscdb sqlite error on start

I’ve had some intermittent shutdowns on one of my machines. I’m running kubuntu on all dev machines.

Trying to see the root cause, running cursor from the command line is showing some errors about opening up sqllite:

[main 2024-10-05T00:23:13.759Z] Error: SQLITE_CANTOPEN: unable to open database file
