I’ve been experimenting with MCPs in Cursor and built something I think many of you will find useful: a Stock Images MCP that lets your Cursor agent search and insert stock images automatically.
What it does:
-
You can tell Cursor things like “Add 4 placeholder images for a blog layout”
-
Cursor fetches relevant stock images instantly
-
They’re dropped right into your code — no manual downloading, no switching tabs
Here’s a quick example of what it looks like in action ![]()
It’s open-source: GitHub - Zulelee/stock-images-mcp
Why I built it: I was tired of hunting for placeholder images every time I scaffolded a landing page or blog. Also, the websites look too “AI“ without any image in it. Now Cursor just handles it. It really levels up the “Vibe Coding” game.
