Objective - XML format format for application specification and cursor rules.
Details - The current approach is to use markdown for application specification. Tracking specification changes in markdown is extremely cumbersome. It would be great to use a structured format such as XML. For inspiration, please see Microsoft POML at poml/examples at main · microsoft/poml · GitHub . Having a structured format will also allow us to measure spec driven development.
