Stuck on cloud environment setup (3/4) — new “Your setup” checklist won’t finish

Hi,

I’m on the “Your setup” checklist and it’s stuck at 3/4 on the last item: “Set up your cloud environment for faster, parallelizable agents everywhere”.

What’s confusing is that I’ve already set things up in practice:

  • I’ve deployed/connected the agent on GitHub and it’s working in my normal workflow.

  • Slack is connected and I can trigger / run work from Slack as expected.

So the feature seems functional for me, but this guided onboarding task still won’t complete — the step never shows as done after I click Set up, and the checklist stays at 3/4. It’s a small thing, but it’s pretty annoying to keep seeing the incomplete progress.

If this is a known issue with the new setup flow / checkmark not syncing, a workaround would be great; otherwise, happy to share screenshots or any error text you need.

Thanks!

Hi @PiggyLa,

You’re right – this is a bug on our end. The setup checklist currently doesn’t detect cloud agent usage for individual accounts (only team-based setups), which is why it’s stuck at 3/4 even though everything is working for you.

Your cloud agents setup is fully functional – it’s just the checklist UI that isn’t picking it up. We’re tracking this and it will be addressed.

In the meantime, you can safely ignore the incomplete checklist item – it doesn’t affect your ability to use cloud agents, GitHub integration, or Slack triggers in any way.

Thanks, Mohit and team — really appreciate the quick reply and the help from everyone here.
