Sub-agents occasionally missing from Settings and /slash menu

Hi,I’ve been using the sub-agent features recently and they are fantastic! However, I’ve encountered an intermittent issue where my sub-agents (not the .md files themselves) sometimes disappear from the UI:

The Issue: A few times, only 2 out of 5 sub-agents were visible in Settings/Rules,skills, sub-agents UI (neither was under the “Show all” button) and the slash menu.

They are currently visible again, after I asked the main agent about the issue and it seems to “trigger” them back into the UI after main-agent brief “investigation”

The files are always present in the project, so this seems to be a UI/indexing sync issue. Just wanted to report this in case others are seeing the same.

Does this stop you from using Cursor?

  • Yes - Cursor is unusable
  • Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor
