"tab" key only indents, never accepts

I updated cursor to latest today:

I worked on something in agent mode for a bit.

Then when it came to making a couple of quick edits myself directly, I noticed that the tab key is no longer “accepting” ai suggestions in the editor.

I’ll have a yellow prompt box with code or “Jump here” with [tab] on them, but tab just indents.

I’m on a pro account and have checked I’m logged in and paid up.

I’ve tried restarting cursor twice.

What else can I look for to debug this?
