Terminal Command Ends Yet Not Detected

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

A command is ran (npm run dev specifically) by the agent, it finishes but the agent does not detect it, pressing Ctrl + C makes it result as “success” and it continues nicely.

Steps to Reproduce

No exact steps to reproduce as it’s happening randomly as I can see.

Expected Behavior

Once the command ends, the agent should continue with success instead of waiting.
