Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

When running commands in the terminal, the focus is lost after hitting enter.
Hitting enter a second time does nothing however typing resumes in the terminal.

Steps to Reproduce

Enter a terminal command like ls

Expected Behavior

The focus should stay with the terminal

Operating System

Linux

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Current Version 1.5.11

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report. Which Linux distribution are you using? Are you using the AppImage version or the DEB or RPM?

The issue I’m having with the latest version is that the AI will spawn a process (or several) but now they’re in Cursor controlled read-only terminals. There are many times that I need to manually close those processes (ROS2) but I can’t anymore. I can use a request and ask the AI to do this but it tends to kill things without regards to proper shutdown.

I’m on Ubuntu 22.04 using the AppImage with the latest version.
