In the Agents view sidebar list of agents, there is a search input, followed by the RECENT, ARCHIVED and other categories. When searching, the search fails to filter the ARCHIVED agents.
The ability to Archive agents is excellent, because it allows users to keep track of active conversations and clear away mental clutter. The ability to search is equally important because of how many agents accumulate over time.
There is often some agent that we want to go back to, because it contains the precise context that will answer a question or solve a problem that has resurfaced after we had considered it “done” and archived the agent. It’s critical that the Agent Search also filters the ARCHIVED agents so that we can find the right conversation to go back to later when we need it.
