The tooltip that appears when hovering over the bottom terminal flickers because it collides with the resize bar.

Steps to Reproduce

hovering over the bottom terminal buttons

Expected Behavior

Either only the tooltip should be shown, or the tooltip should disappear.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue
