There is no way to remove a broken custom plugin

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

After adding a plugin via marketplace from a custom source, if there was something missing on import it cannot be removed. In the attached screenshot I have multiple marketplace plugins that failed in some way (I was learning how to share skills this way from a repo) and now they cannot be removed.

Steps to Reproduce

Make a Github repo you intend to share without .cursor-plugin or missing other components. Import through “Add Marketplace->Import from Github.”

This Marketplace will now be permanent even if you delete the ~/.cursor/ folder or the ~/Application Support/Cursor/ folder.

Expected Behavior

A button to remove a custom marketplace (update, rename, others would be nice as well).

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey there - those failed Import-from-Github marketplaces can stick around with 0 plugins and no Remove in Customize. From a terminal: agent plugin marketplace list, then agent plugin marketplace remove <name-or-url> for each personal one you want gone. We’ve let the team know and this is an issue we’re tracking.

This did not list any of the custom marketplaces listed above, just the cursor and claude plugins. I attached an image.
