Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?
Cursor IDE
Describe the Bug
When an agent is working and I’ve expanded the “thought for x seconds” to read what they thought about, anytime the agent produces another line, it snaps to the bottom. I eventually realized I had to select-copy all the text in that pane and paste into a separate editor to actually read it. Annoying, but work around possible.
As of today, I’m having the same behavior when reading any output, even when the agent is finished. I scroll up to review the latest output and as soon as I release the trackpad, it auto-snaps to the bottom so I can only read the last paragraph or so of output. I updated and it did not fix the issue
Steps to Reproduce
scroll up in a chat
Expected Behavior
auto scroll when I haven’t scrolled up, but pause auto-scroll when I’ve scrolled up manually. Or allow me to disable auto-scroll entirely
Operating System
MacOS
