Typing does nothing. Sometimes moves cursor

Hi - I’d love to use Cursor as my main IDE, but running into an inconsistent problem.

  • Sometimes Cursor doesn’t register any text that I’m typing. My cursor (damn, this is gonna get confusing) just stays put
  • Sometimes when I type, my cursor just moves up, down, left, or right. No text.
  • Sometimes when I type, Cursor deletes lines
  • Sometimes it all works fine

Any idea?

Could you send a screenshot? Want to make sure you don’t have vim keys on.

Yup, that fixed it. Just disabled vim.
