Unable to access mobile app

When I open mobile app I get the message ‘Couldn’t load your account. Check your connection and try again’

steps completed so far:
deleted the add and re installed
killed all sign ins from the web
access on multiple wifi and mobile networks

able to access account on web and desktop app fine

Thanks for the detailed report and troubleshooting. This appears isolated to the iOS app, rather than your account or connection.

I’ve reported this to our mobile team. There isn’t another reliable mobile workaround right now, so please use Cursor on web or desktop and keep the mobile app updated through the App Store.
