Unable to install single extension 503

When I tried to install a extension (we built that is critical to our workflow), I get an 503.

In the developer tools you can see it failing:

You can pull versions to up 0.0.9 without any problem. I confirmed it’s not an issue with open-vsx by installing it in another IDE (positron)

Does this stop you from using Cursor?

  • Yes - Cursor is unusable
  • Sometimes - I can sometimes use Cursor
