“… Please review your shell configuration and restart”.
Each time I start Cursor, I got this error message. If I close it, it doesn’t prevent Cursor from running though.
I’ve looked into the “shell configuration” given in the link of this message, but I don’t see what I need to change. It only offers the possibility to increase the timeout:
I had the same problem when launching from the code icon. If you installed the terminal command (‘code’ / ‘cursor’) and you launch from a terminal this error doesn’t appear.

Funny thing, it said “10 seconds” but neither the terminal response time nor the time it took to warn “Unable to resolve …” was as long as that. Maybe it means 10 milliseconds?
30 seconds/units clearly makes it go away though.
