Up/Down arrow keys doesn't work in input field

Describe the Bug

When I want to edit message I currently type for agent, I can’t navigate in the text with the UP/DOWN arrow keys.

Steps to Reproduce

Type text that takes 2 or more strings in the input fields and try navigate with UP/DOWN arrow keys

Expected Behavior

Text cursor jumps from one line to another when press UP/DOWN button in the text input

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue that’s already being tracked.

Here’s a related report: Cursor moves out of prompt area when moving up using arrow keys

For now, you can use the Home/End keys, Alt + Up Arrow, or the mouse to navigate. I’ll link your report to the existing ticket so the team knows it’s still affecting users in v2.1.17.
