Usage-Based Spending this Month Shows $0?

Edit: Sorry if this is the wrong forum, I’m new lol.

Describe the Bug

Usage-Based Spending this Month is showing $0 out of “Set limit here”.

Steps to Reproduce

I can’t as this is server sided.

Expected Behavior

It’s suppose to show How much I have spent out of how much I set. For example I should be $220 out of $450 (what I set). Instead I get only $0 out of $450.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Hi, I believe it because the frontend is cached.

It’s likely that you will see it refresh/reset by tomorrow.

hi @Xernive and welcome to Cursor Forum.

A few more detalis on comment by madebyaris

  • You can refresh the page and it should update. While it may not be realtime, it does update regularly in my experience.
  • Additionally in the Usage tab (left side menu) you can see the last requests and it would show you if they are charged or not.
  • Not sure if you are aware but there was a plan change recently. Cursor removed fast and slow requests including the montly limit, to allow users more usage overall. New are two rate limits (burst for intensive work in short period with slow refill and local for regular refills).

If your usage stays on 0 you have not yet reached a rate limit, and that would mean the new plan is working great for you. You can disable usage based pricing to get notified when you reach the limit first time.

Note that new usage over limit is charged by tokens/resources used. This is shown on the Usage tab with the model listed and on hover on the usage cost it breaks it into tokens input/output,… etc.

Please give me a feedback if your Usage menu shows ‘-’ for requests, as that means you are under the limit and the usage is included

If a comment solved your question you can marke it as solved to help others with same case.
