Usage issues in Teams plan

I bought the $40 team plan yesterday.

But after one day of use, which just involved creating one Google doc with research on a topic, and a couple of quick chats, I’ve apparently used 14% of my included Cursor models usage with 30m tokens used.

At this rate, it’s not worth using. Is it a bug causing usage to shoot up? Should 30m Cursor tokens be equivalent to 14% usage? So I can expect my entire monthly usage to be used up after around 200m tokens?

Edit: just to add, one simple question just shot the usage from 14% to 17%.

Would it be better to be on the individual plan in terms of Cursor/Grok usage?

Hey @UnleashedAgain, I had a look at your account and everything is working as expected! Your usage lines up with the number of requests you’ve made. You can see every individual request itemized at https://cursor.com/dashboard/usage, which should make it clear where the usage is going.

A couple of tips to stretch your included usage further: start a new chat for each new task instead of continuing one long conversation (the model re-reads the full conversation context on every step, so long chats get progressively more expensive) and keep an eye on how much context (attached files, docs, search results) each request pulls in.

If you don’t need the collaboration and admin features of the Teams plan, one of the individual plans with higher usage limits would be a better fit for how you’re using Cursor!
