Use other APIs instead of OpenAI

Since Code-Llama-34b is really close to GPT-4 and some platforms like POE are hosting is for free, can we use the poe api instead of the OpenAI one?
The main reason behind this is when using OpenAI it might get pricey.

This is not the same, it is not a requirement to have the whole app implement this or through their servers. Rather, what I’m asking for is, the possibility of using an API different than OpenAI.
In other words, give the user to use any API they want.
