Using Claude-3.5-Sonnet keeps throwing error is everything ok?

I keep getting this error when using claude-3.5-sonnet.
Everything was working yesterday before I updated.

We’re having trouble connecting to Anthropic. This might be temporary - please try again in a moment. Error: Request failed with status code 400

Im on this Cursor version:

ok. I had to restart a new composer session and now it works again.

How do you “restart” composer session? I’m getting this error

We’re currently experiencing extreme load and have temporarily disabled slow pool usage for Claude 3.5 Sonnet. Please try again with a different model (like gpt-4o), enable usage based pricing, or purchase more fast requests.

Hey, this should be gone now, but we are still facing some issues with Claude 3.5 Sonnet (read here: Slow Pool Information) just so you are aware.
