Hi Cursor, I would like to see blinking green lights for on-going agents, and static green light shining for complete but “unread” dialogs. Even better a button to the right of “+”, click to show a window of full list displaying all the conversations in the box, with the sign - ongoing, unread, read, maybe a section below it with conversations “archived”.
