Hey, thanks for the report. This is the same bug discussed here: Voice input button starts audio context but receives silent stream — level meter dead, no transcription (macOS, fresh install). It’s a regression in 3.2.21. The detail that voice works in the Agents Window but not in the IDE is a helpful clue, I’ll pass it to the team.
