@Web does not work as expected

Hello cursor team. I was asking cursor to read the original document for some package but I get response said it can not access external link. Then I made a simple request asking weather information (see the screenshot) and I get response it can not access real-time information. So how @Web actually works or am I not using it correctly?

This is working for me, so it’s quite possible the AI just got given some bad websites to look at. My screenshot seems to show a lot more links, so maybe try again and see what’s happening.
