When a file is deleted, what do "Keep File" and "Undo File" mean?

Say I ask Cursor to rearrange my filesystem. Now I start going through the changed files. I click “Review Next File.” One of the deleted/moved files comes up, red strikethrough through the title. What the heck does “Keep File” mean now? Does it mean “Don’t delete, bring it back” or “Yes, it should be deleted”?

The button text should be changed to reflect whatever it actually means.

Keep File → accept the current state of that file and clear it from review

Undo File → roll that file back to its pre-agent state

So for a deleted file specifically:

Keep File → “yes, keep it deleted”

Undo File → “restore it (bring it back)”

@jakehandy covered it well. Your feedback about clearer button labels is valid - thanks for flagging it! I’ve shared it with the team.
