When is the peak usage for GPT4?

I notice so far that GPT4 run much slower during the evening and faster during the day (EST). I would like to know when is the peak usage so I can try to avoid those time and use cursor when the usage is lower. Yesterday evening the queue was over 50 queries for example.

Also have you considered letting people decide between fast and slow GPT4 query?

Our peak usage is usually between 5pm to 2AM PST (8PM EST to 5AM EST).

The peak peak is a 2-3 hours time window around right now.

We have thought letting people decide, but no decision has been made on that yet.
