Where are notepad's stored?

Notepads allow you to efficiently add context without using multiple @. Include the list of contexts in the notepad, and then reference it with @Notepad_name.md.

What I’m not clear about:

  1. Where are notepads stored? Are they private?

In my opinion, no function is useless. The problem is that it is useless because of how people use it.
