Where did list of changed files go?!

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

In the AI Chat panel, after edits were made, there used to be a list of files that were changed so that I could click on them to view the changes in the editor and validate.

As of today… that is gone, and I have to scroll through the chat output to find the files that were changed!

WTF!!!

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

I still see it. Can you share some screenshots?

After a restart it’s appearing again… … this thread ca be closed.

Thanks for replying!

Nice. Marking it solved helps (pick a post to mark as solution).

Actually… it just recurred… I “built” a plan… 11 files changed… the list of changed files is not present… see attached.

Hey, thanks for the report. The summary list of changed files at the bottom of the chat above the input box isn’t showing up, even though file navigation at the top of the editor is working.

For now, you can view all changed files using the navigator at the top 8 of 11 Files or Source Control Cmd+Shift+G.

A couple questions to help track this down:

  1. Does this happen in a specific project, or in any project?
  2. Can you share the Request ID for this session? Top right of the chat > menu > Copy Request ID

I’ll pass this to the team. It’s on our radar. Let me know how it goes.
