Where is multiple image upload to chat agent?

Today image upload to chat only accepted one image, I cannot upload multiple image to chat after my last update applied.

I have a related problem. The image is showing as image not found.

Same experience, I have to save the image and drag it to chat just so it would accept multiple images. But pasting more than one doesn’t work
