Why cursor is still stuck on Vscode base 105?? its like 5 months old base
Hey, thanks for the feedback. This has come up a couple of times already, so I’ll be direct: updating the VS Code base isn’t in our short-term plans right now. That said, we’re actively pulling in Cursor versions of Microsoft extensions to fix compatibility issues.
If something specific broke for you because of the older base, like extensions that require a newer VS Code, send what exactly isn’t working. Even without an immediate rebase, we can still look into some compatibility issues case by case.
