Hi! No, thats not the solution but some nice dudes on GH points me to the right solution. MS restrict the newest version of their WSL extention to work on VScode forks. So you just need to uninstall WSL ext, and simply drag and drop old version to extention window. Old ext - here full discuss here (dont forget to uncheck auto-update flag on extention)
