Hey, without the Edit tool enabled, you should still be able to manually Apply changes if the AI suggests some code edits. If you want it to automatically edit your files, you will need to enable the tool. Is this what you expected?

Is there a reason the @codebase was removed? It looks like it does not want to @my root file directory anymore either. I see the advanced features now has a select codebase button.
