Seems like Claude Sonnet 4 now supports 1 million tokens of context on the Anthropic API. Is this going to be reflected in Cursor? Claude - x.com

Just throwing this out there. Cursor kind of needs a maintenance cycle soon here. Some major issues on PC (Win+WSL2, terminals, etc.) and there seems to be an issue with conversation length in auto for many people. New features are great, but…a stable product is great, too. The team is having a look at the new Sonnet 4 model with 1M context and may need some time for testing and adjustments.

@charles we do not plan to drop support for Anthropic models. @Magusta @Axel_Girard once the model has been tested by our engineers and any necessary adjustments made to confirm it performs well, we will add the model for all users.
