2.0.4: Thinking/Max symbols missing on agent display as is image upload thumbnail

Describe the Bug

When you select an agent it no longer shows the thinking or max symbol. Need to know what model was selected.

Steps to Reproduce

Select a thinking model, note missing brain icon.

Operating System

MacOS

Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Also when pasting an image the thumbnail doesnt appear in the chat box.

Yeah I noticed that too.
It is helpful to know “Am I 4.5 Sonnet or 4.5 Sonnet thinking?”
At a glance instead of having to open it.

Also in non-thinking mode I’m seeing endless “planning next moves…” which never used to display. What is this and what is it doing ?

They were collapsed into the menu!
