Thoughts don't update visually

Describe the Bug

Right after first prompt at the chat I have noticed, “thoughts” don’t update, despite the model does different actions.
Seems like the model “thinks” about the same thing, though I expect to see different thoughts during its actions.
Therefore, I cannot understand whether the model is thinking in the right way.
Thoughts on my screenshots are in Russian, but they are totally the same visually, just believe that :slight_smile:

Steps to Reproduce

The bug emerges right after first message at the chat.

Expected Behavior

“Thoughts” update during model actions.

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

If this is Sonnet, it indeed has a habit of constantly repeating its thoughts after each tool call, as if it fears forgetting what it was originally asked.
