A file disappear after I clicked 'accept' or 'reject'

As title. I lost 3 files and couldn’t get them back this month.
File just disappear by different bugs

• Accept/Reject → randomly whole file disappear, cannot recover
• Ctrl+Z in file → randomly whole file disappear, cannot recover
• Ctrl+Z in folder bar → randomly whole file disappear, cannot recover

IDK this seems quite seriously bugs. Hope you guys can solve it.
Despite I were using git, this file disappearing issue sometimes happened before I can commit so they were gone forever.

Hey, when you reject suggestions, the file gets deleted. However, if you click on it in the Composer’s message field, it’ll take you to the tab with that file. You can click “reapply” and it should come back.
