Cursor will delete a file that has not yet been checked into git if you reject the recommendation.
This is terrible UX - please fix it!
Happens to me as well! Started in the last few days.
same here. As others have reported, something that’s really unforgivable in a text editor, is that it actually deletes your source file on occasion, if you reject its suggestion. It’s happened half a dozen times to me. I have to commit my code every few minutes to be sure of not losing anything.
